Natural Remedies to Relieve Constipation

Step 1 - Drink 2 to 3 glasses of plum juice.

Step 3 - After 1 hour, drink another glass of apple juice.

Be prepared to go to the bathroom after drinking the plum juice and the first glass of apple juice. You may have to go to the bathroom immediately after drinking prune juice.

Prune juice itself is a very effective remedy for constipation. It is a safe, gentle, and effective natural laxative. Drink one glass of prune juice in the morning and one in the evening. Plum juice contains a substance called dihydrophenylsatin, which has a laxative effect.

If you include plum juice in your diet, you should not drink as much as you would if you were constipated. It is best to drink half a glass in the morning and half a glass in the evening.

Home remedies for constipation

·         Papaya, figs, grapes, and oranges are effective natural laxatives. They are also good for treating constipation.

·         You can also eat four or five dried figs that have been soaked in water overnight. This is also a good remedy for constipation.

·         Spinach is also an important home remedy for constipation. It can be consumed raw or processed into juice. Mix 100 ml of spinach juice with an equal amount of water and drink it twice a day.
