great demand as a juicy summer fruit. Lychee juice is a very refreshing and
enjoyable drink. A glass of cold lychee juice in hot weather allows the whole

Lychee - 20
Water - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 2 tablespoons (according to taste)
Ice cubes - 2
How to prepare the lychee juice
1) Start by removing the skin of the lychee and extracting the
inner bunch.
2) Next, cut lychee in half.
3) Now, mix well the lychee, water, and sugar in a blender.
4) After mixing, pour the juice through a strainer and put
it in a glass.
5) Pour into glasses and fill with ice. A very pleasant and
refreshing lychee juice.
